Our client is a mid-size commercial furniture and space planning design firm in San Francisco. We currently have a contract opening for a SENIOR DESIGNER. The position is temporary approximately from October 2010 to mid-February 2011.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in commercial office space planning, specifically with Herman Miller furniture systems experience.

Strong Autocad skills

Project management experience on commercial interiors

Must have experience with systems furniture. Herman Miller experience required.

Experience with CAP 20/20 required.

NOTE: We also have an opening for a full-time PROJECT COORDINATOR, this not a temporary position, ideally someone who has previously worked as a Project Coordinator for a furniture systems dealer. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the entire sales order fulfillment process, including management of customer orders from order entry through punch list resolution, providing support to sales staff and corporate account managers, and accurate and timely service to customers.
