Freiheit & Ho Architects, Inc., P.S., is a growing architecture firm with our corporate office on the beautiful waterfront in Kirkland, Washington. We have a diverse practice of primarily Commercial Projects (Office Buildings, Retail Buildings, Restaurants, Hotels, Gaming Facilities, Industrial Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Health Care, and Health Clubs). We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to fill a key position in our Interiors Department.

The work will include the following:

- Meeting directly with Clients for programming, space planning and interior design including finish, furniture and artwork selection.

- Preparation of full Construction Drawings and documents.

- Coordination with vendors and consultants.

- Preparation of Construction Documents.

- Construction Administration.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

-A self-directed project manager with the availability to develop most portions of a project with little oversight.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Architecture or Design firm.

- Able to multitask.

- Good communication skills - Verbal & Written.

- A Team Player.

- Good technical understanding of construction and processes.

- Thorough knowledge of building codes including accessibility codes.

- Have an interest in growing with the firm and being an essential part of a successful organization.

- IIDA Certification and LEED AP a plus.

- Proficiency in AutoCad and some 3-D Modeling is required.

-Experience in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, 3DSMax, Adobe InDesign and/or Sketchup is preferred.
