Interior Designer needed for a high end commercial project on the central coast. Property will be a Sunset Magazine feature when complete.
Responsibilities include handling all aspects of interior design. Budgeting, sourcing and selecting finishes and fabrics, meeting on project site weekly, and communicating with project owner are expected. Applicant will work closely with arhcitectural team, project maanager, and construction crew.
This is a tremendous opportunity for an independent designer seeking a high visibilty project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.A., B.S. or B.F.A. in Interior Design
- 3 years experience in Interior Design - Must be extremely organized and focused
- Professional, Self-starter, and excellent organizational skills are a must
- Good aesthetic sense
-Autocad a plus
Compensation Range $20 - $30/hour
