Weidner Property Management, a multi-faceted real estate investment and management company, seeks a creative cutting edge Interior Designer with experience in Multi-Family/Hospitality Design to assist and support Corporate Designer for a challenging and rewarding position.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
This position will collaborate in all phases of project design, with a focus on logistics, procurement of furniture, space planning and manage field operations at different cities and states.
Responsible for all aspects of interior design: concept design, furniture layout/selection, artwork, accessories.
Prepare all specification lists of finishing materials for each project.
Installation of final set ups at different cities and states.
Qualifications:
7+ years of previous experience as a proven Interior Designer.
Previous experience in hospitality projects including multi-family, hotels and clubs is desired.
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Must have a "self-starter and hands-on" attitude.
Must be able to pass all standard background checks.
