Local established design firm seeks qualified candidates to fill opening/expansion of interior design department.
Candidate will handle 1 or 2 builder accounts for custom builders. Each builder builds 5-6 homes per year in the 1.5MM range.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Client selections
Interior finishes
Bath and Kitchen fixtures
Appliances, lighting and trim details
Posting requires the ability to help with interior and exterior selections IE: colors, textures, etc...
Must keep a design selection booklet for vendors, builder, clients etc...
Must hand hold clients through the process of selections.
Must have builder experience or equivalent. Bi lingual a plus. Must have good reliable transportation and good driving record.
