You'll be planning and designing office furniture solutions to accommodate our client's needs and exceed their expectations.
- Responsible for interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, color coordination, electrical placement and recommendations, installation drawings and reconfiguration
- Create, modify and refine designs, to conform to customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends.
- Coordinate the look and function of product lines.
- Confer with sales, project management, and installation departments, or with customers, to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.
- Research production specifications, costs, production materials and manufacturing methods, and provide cost estimates and itemized production requirements.
- Attend client meetings with sales and or manage accounts directly
- Prepare and deliver client presentations (selection of finishes, presentation boards, bid specification, etc.)
- Contribute to team by anticipating and analyzing problem areas and suggesting recommendations to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design and proficiency in AutoCAD 2010 and CAP
- Experience in Contract Furnishings industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of interior construction materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures
- Knowledge of construction and architectural theory for application in the interior design process
- Ability to coordinate projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Uncompromised integrity and dependability.

- Ability to work effectively without constant supervision
