Healthcare Facilities Department seeking enthusiastic team player to join our group. Our Facilities Department needs a skilled Interior Designer to help us manage and produce our project documents. The more artistic the better. . ..Our projects vary in size from Master Planning, Soft Refurbishments to MOB's.
The individual we are looking for must have the technical knowledge required to develop a full set of interior/architectural drawings and ability to perform Construction Administration Services
The following skills are required:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to work with, and lead, in a team setting
Must be well organized and detailed oriented
Capable of delivering project documents under the pressure of project deadlines
Dependable and able to multi-task juggling various projects
Must have a working knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point
Able to produce and assemble a set of Construction Documents
General knowledge of building code requirements
Maintain the resource library
Answer phones
Assist the Director of Design
Meet with various doctors to discuss their TI project
Independent self motivated worker
Able to produce multiple space plan studies
Provide furniture procurement services, obtain quotes, issue PO's, develop F/F/E specifications, prepare F/F/E budgets, track orders, supervise installations, and manage relocations
