Responsibilities:

* Assist clients on the showroom floor in furniture and color selection, suggest pieces to the clients after assessing their needs and ultimately close the sale.

* Place special order for clients and follow up on those orders.

* Work with team members on room settings, and maintain showroom well-organized.

* Other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

* College degree required, preferably in Interior Design; minimum one year experience, furniture sales experience desired; computer skills a plus.

* Must be available and willing to work on weekends.

* Well organized, detail oriented, and self motivated.

* Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and great personality. Can be both a team leader and a team player.

Compensation:

Commensurate with qualifications and performance. Combination of a regular wages + incentives. Annual earnings of $65,000 and up can be expected for the individual who is right for the job and performs accordingly. Employee discounts. Career advancement opportunities.
