Xybix Systems, Inc., a leader in the ergonomic adjustable furniture market focusing on 911 dispatch and medical radiology applications, has an immediate opening for a Temporary Designer. We expect to fill this position for three months. We invite you to get to know us better. We might be your perfect match.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about finding solutions, who do their best work as part of a team, who share our commitment to quality and doing things right. This position will deal with a great variety of tasks from drawings and layouts to online interactive meetings, relationship building and extensive customer interaction. We listen to discover what is important to the customer, internal and external, and respond with creative solutions. You will take projects from base drawing development through detailed takeoff.

Requirements:

o A bachelor's degree from a 4 year institution is preferred

o Expert AutoCAD user with version 2009 or better

o Background in space planning

o Understand rendering process from AutoCAD

o Commercial office furniture industry experience a plus

o Excellent organizational and communication skills

o Knowledge of ADA and common code requirements

o Solid writing skills and top notch client presentation skills
