Accomplished Interior Designer sought by established firm with institutional and government contracts for high level production position. This is an excellent opportunity for a team oriented Interior Designer to work on a large facilities renovation project.
Applicant must be organized and detail oriented, have a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, have a current Interior Design license, have excellent CAD skills and be proficient with at least one facilities management software. Your experience must include working independently with clients, space planning office interiors, furniture specification, compiling and managing budgets and document production.

Qualifications:
- Location: Washington DC
- A minimum of 3 years experience, however more is desirable, preferably with government projects.
- Familiarity with institutional quality processes and project management techniques.
- Technical proficiency and experience with specifications, detailing, and working with standards and guidelines, including ADA and LEED.
- CAD/BIM skills required (AutoCAD, RS Means, Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, and able to read, modify and manage a master set of architectural
plans).
- Experience with older buildings and working within existing conditions required.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
