Creative, team oriented Interior Architecture and Interior Design firm, specializing in high end residential design is looking for an part time interior designer. This is an excellent opportunity to add to your resume and get real World experience in a busy and creative design firm.

Applicant must be organized and have a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, have completed a design internship and have excellent CAD as well as Photoshop/Sketch Up, Power Point and computer skills.

You will assist with:

Project design and presentation. Researching fnish materials and putting together boards and presentation materials

Communication with vendors and clients

Preparing finish and specifiation schedules

Participate in the installation and follow up of the finished interiors

Develop and draft CAD plans and elevations

Create and render Photoshop elevations

Create and render Sketch Up interiors

Research and write specifications for all finish materials, lighting fixtures, codes, ADA requiments and input all into drawing set
