RAAD is searching for a talented and design oriented Architect in the New York area. We are a boutique firm with new projects coming in at a rapid pace. Experience with High-End modern design from concept to construction is critical. Each person in our office is solely responsible for multiple projects so experience handling multiple projects at once is preferred.
Candidates should posses the following:
-3-5 years of experience at a small or boutique Architectural or Interior Design firm
-Proficiency in AutoCAD
-Excellent rendering skills in 3DS Max
-Experience with Filing, Bid and CD sets
-Experience in high end hospitality and/or restaurant design
-Friendly and outgoing attitude
