Remodeling & Interior Designer/Sales Associate
Our design firm is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced salesperson/designer to create complete drawing sets including specifications while hand-holding clients throughout the design and construction process.
Requirements:
Excellent client relations skills
Outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic
Background in residential and/or light commercial (min 2/3 year experience)
Drawing experience
AutoCAD and Sketch Up skilled
Pro-active and self-motivated with an eagerness to learn
Proven track record in successful sales
Duties:
Prospect for new leads
Follow up and meet with provided leads and existing clients
Determine their wants and needs
Create existing and proposed plans and elevations
Create Sketch Up models
Gather Sub-contractor and Product pricing
Write specifications and contracts for projects
Oversee construction of projects and be available for construction teams
Yearly follow up with previous clients
Base salary-commensurate with education and experience
