Well known interior design firm seeking mid-level interior designer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with a design or architectural firm. Experience to include:
-Advanced CAD drawing skills to include finish specifications, elevations, furniture plans, and RCP's
-Knowledge and skilled(?) in office management programs: STUDIO IT
-Ability to develop presentation materials on color boards and organization of project specification manuals
-Finish selections; familiar with variety of high end finish materials and resources
-Furniture selections; familiar with a variety of high end furniture lines, high end furniture workrooms for custom work
-Furniture specification forms,specifically Proposals, Quotes, Purchase Orders
-Knowledge in window treatments, artwork,and accessories
-All phases of design from conceptual development through installation
-Collaborate with development of design theme for projects
-Space planning for both residential and commercial projects
-General knowledge of building codes, ADA codes, and some knowledge of "green/sustainability" design and living
-Self motivated and highly organized with attention to all details of projects
-Social Networking skills and some website
-Knowledge in Photoshop
