Job summary:
Essential job functions require Senior Interior Designer to: develop creative and schematic interior designs for large scale, luxury projects, including hotels, casinos, restaurants, and private residences, using interior architectural space planning and exterior dimension analysis; coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing to ensure code and standards compliance; perform furniture and accessories design; create design presentations, matrices, budgets, FF&E selections and specifications; coordinating schedules and sub-consultants; and develop and monitor graphical design services, pursuant to client specifications and operator standards, using complex three-dimensional design techniques, including hand-sketches and Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office computer applications.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and five (5) years of progressive work experience in high-end hospitality
Hours and Salary: 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Salary commensurate with experience
