The Senior Interior Designer position requires a minimum of ten years experience in all phases of interior design from Planning and Conceptual Design through Construction Administration in commercial and institutional projects. Previous experience with interior design in educational settings and green material specification is a plus. The position requires the ability to provide images suitable for client presentations, furniture layout plans, FF&E specifications, color and material board fabrication, DD/CD drawing set coordination; detail sketches, shop drawing review and construction administration for interior detailing and FF&E.

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.

- A minimum of ten years experience in professional Interior Design or Architecture practice.

- Strong design skills.

- Basic knowledge of building codes and standards.

- Strong AutoCAD production skills. Revit preferred.

- Ability to work on multiple assignments and deadlines.

- Ability to work within a team structure including Architects and Consultants.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Strong presentation skills.

- LEED Accreditation preferred.
