Position Summary

The Assistant Spa Manager is part of the Company "Mind Body Spa Director in Training" curriculum. This special position is the second in command at the unit for day to day operations, with the primary responsibility for upholding the exhale environment (facilities + cleanliness), achieving the highest level of guest service, and assisting the Mind Body Spa Director with administrative and supervisory tasks.

Position Requirements

-Assist the MBSD with all day to day operations

-Attend all Spa Director Training programs as time and schedule permits.

-Maintain the exhale brand environment (decor, temperature, lighting, music, amenities, cleanliness, facilities)

-Assist with spa technician schedule updates, optimization and quality control..

-Facilitate new hire orientations.

-Maintain proper inventory levels for all professional, operational and retail products through inventory management.

-Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.

-Adhere to all corporate, departmental and spa operational policies and procedures.

-Respond to guest questions and associate concerns in a timely, professional manner.

-Maintain a high level of guest rapport and service.

-Adhere to company guidelines and core values.

-Maintain a working knowledge of all Exhale classes, services, and products.

-Attend an Exhale class a minimum of three times a week.

-Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to internal guests.

Education and/or Skills Required

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

-Minimum of one (1) year in management

-Current CPR certification.

-Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.

-Must possess computer proficiency with Windows-based products.

-Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service.

-Display good organizational, written, and verbal skills.
