Marketing Intern Job Description

Intern will focus on creative and experimental marketing with emphasis on social media and general marketing activities.

Duties will include:

Ensure all of CID's packages are marketed affectively

Manage CID's Entertainment Facebook page

Tweet on CID promotions and music industry goings on

Facilitate brand protection on all social media channels

Executing social media strategies and tactics

Create and maintain blogger/influencer lists

Online community engagement

Stay informed on the live music scene

Writing copy for e-mail blasts & press releases

Conducting music/entertainment related research

Innovating new ways CID can reach more people

Administrative work

Requirements for the position are as follows:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer / internet savvy

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Stumble Upon, Flickr, Foursquare, StumbleUpon, Forums, Wikis, blog etc.)

Possess strong research skills

Have strong work ethic

Be able to manage time wisely

Be a nice person

Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Dreamweaver and / or Photoshop a plus.

As an intern, you'll be an essential part of the CID team and have a fun time while gaining valuable knowledge and work experience in entertainment industry marketing.

Internship can be used for college credit.

Must be available at least 3-5 days a week.

Data Intern Job Description

Intern will focus on management and utilization of customer data.

Duties will include:

Download customer data from our ticketing outlets and upload into our Filemaker database

Organize incoming customer data by event

Create data lists per event and upload data to FanMail for email purposes as needed

Track and save results from email sends

Create post-event surveys

Maintain and organize surveys

Collect and analyze survey data

Filemaker data management

Additional duties may include (depending on experience):

Create HTML and PHP pages

Various website maintenance projects

Research new tools that can be added to our website

Requirements for the position are as follows:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer / internet proficient

Familiarity with Filemaker or comparable database software

Familiarity with ExactTarget (FanMail) or comparable email marketing software and SurveyMonkey or comparable survey software

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, etc.)

Possess strong research skills

Customer Service Intern Job Description

Intern will focus on assisting customer service team on everything that is customer service.

Duties will include:

Field and resolve incoming telephone calls and emails

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and be nice to people

Perform customer verifications

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Manage customers' accounts

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our Filemaker system

Be pleasant in the workplace

Record details of actions taken

Manage administration

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements for the position are as follows:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented

Extensive knowledge and experience with Excel

Operations Intern Job Description

Intern will focus on assisting director of operations daily on various operating tasks.

Duties will include:

Support CID Operations team with detail oriented research on upcoming projects our potential projects

Answer telephone, take accurate messages, and screen and direct telephone calls for management in a professional manner

Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments

Proof all package related postings to go on to the CID website

Assist CID Operations team with necessary preparation for on site execution

Work with CID's custom Filemaker system to keep all contacts, and show reports up to date

Provide support to CID's on site execution team by assisting with expense reports and travel arrangements to include accommodations, transportation and a prepared itinerary

Maintain office inventory of office supplies

Run errands when necessary

Other responsibilities include:

Participate in company brainstorms

Participate in new business initiatives and presentations

Assist with implementation of any and all initiatives put forth by Director of Operations and CEO

Participate in weekly & daily meetings, summarize minutes

Attend meetings with vendors, employees, management & potential clients

Requirements for the position are as follows:
