Established commercial production company seeking a young, energetic, detail oriented and responsible person interested in learning the ins and outs of the commercial production industry. This is a great opportunity to work closely with two talented Executive Producers with many years of experience in the business.

Duties will include:

Treatment writing, visual research and layout design, which is of utmost importance.

Updating website and online WireDrive reels.

Working with directors to meet their needs relating to work completed with company.

Office management & organization.

Managing vendor accounts.

Creating physical DVD director's reels.

Helping with production coordination during shoots.

Conducting research for job bids on: locations, special film equipment, Directors, DPs, Art Directors, and other creative talent, etc.

Assisting executive producers with other miscellaneous duties.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Photoshop a must.

Must have familiarity with HTML.

Must possess basic Final Cut editing skills.

Ideally you should own your own Mac laptop.

College degree required - film school degree preferred.

Prior experience with commercial, music video &/or film production MANDATORY.

Must have great office management and organizational skills.

Ability to effortlessly multi-task and prioritize workload.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must be able to work under deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work.

Must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours are typically 9-6 pm, sometimes later when in production or when working on pitches. Overtime paid for additional hours. Compensation: $500.00 /wk with possibility of incentive based bonus after probationary period. The compensation is firm. Please only apply if you are comfortable with these terms.
