Composer/Producer looking for an Assistant Manager for start-up 501 (C3) non-profit music company.
Job duties include organizing projects, overseeing relationships between various parties (musicians, studios, illustrators, booking agents, publicists, web designers, etc.), researching and implementing creative methods for social networking and general secretarial work, as needed.
Attributes necessary:
2+ years of collegiate study
organizational skills
computer proficiency
Social Media and SEO marketing knowledge is a plus
verbal and written skills appropriate for business communications
Positive, energetic attitude
Quick apprehension
Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a busy environment
Interest in arts management
Interest in researching and learning about creative marketing and management techniques in the music industry.

The goal of this position is to facilitate music projects in the contemporary classical, post-rock and electronic/ambient genres.
This is currently a part-time position.
Salary is $20 per hour.
