Entertainment marketing and brand communications company on UWS is hiring a full-time Production/ Administrative Assistant. Seeking a reliable problem-solver with great research skills, facility with online/social networking media, tech-savvy, and able to adapt quickly to a new environment. Knowledge of and/or experience in marketing and/or music industry is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

-- Assist the managing and senior partners in developing marketing and brand communications program materials and presentations for various corporate and non-profit clients.

-- Act as primary point of contact for all office administrative matters.

-- Assist with public relations, event production, artist relations and program implementation including monitoring and maintaining of company's websites.

-- Provide general office support including answering phones, ordering and stocking office supplies, handling mail and deliveries, faxing, scanning and filing documents, scheduling and calendar management, internet research and other assistance as directed.

Qualifications

-- 4-year college degree

-- Ability to speak and write well in standard and online English

-- At least 3 years (5 years preferred) of related work experience

-- High proficiency required in all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; and proficiency in Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and QuickBooks preferred.

-- Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social network platforms

-- Familiarity with website development and/or maintenance

-- Attentive to detail, able to multi-task and work independently

-- Strong research skills using online and hard resources

-- Desire to learn and grow
