Senior Account Executive

In this newly-created client service and managerial role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strategic thinking and project skills. You will also directly supervise an Account Coordinator while also mentoring a growing account team.

Responsibilities include:

Day-to-day contact with clients, communicating needs to the team

Lead Business Unit Sonic Audits and manage process and project timelines

Foster client and partner agency relationships for mutual success

Leverage the company's creative vision and expertise for successful client experiences

Maintain tools for successful client financial management; budget maintenance, actuals/estimates review

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will be a curious, articulate, organized, detail-oriented and diligent individual with a passion for client service. A solid work ethic and a positive attitude are a must! We are seeking candidates with an affinity for sharing ideas, speaking their mind and who enjoy wearing many hats in a small company environment.

Required skills and experience:

4+ years client account management experience (ideally for a marketing, advertising or sonic branding company)

Solid mentoring and leadership skills

Strategic development or branding experience (any industry)

Experience with researching methodologies

Preferred:

Bachelors degree
