A little about us:
We are a leading photography company seeking an Administrative Assistant. The main function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Senior Account Manager and coordinate scheduling and rescheduling of photo sessions for a client base of 200+ comprised of 150,000+ subjects.

Our office space is open and light with a nice lounge and outdoor patio to enjoy your lunch breaks. We dress casually, so neck ties or panty hose are not required. For those animal lovers, you'll have at least one, if not 5 dogs, on any given day to bring a smile to your face. This is not your typical corporate environment.

We are a small team of ten looking for another highly effective contributor to join our team immediately. Due to the highly seasonal and production-oriented nature of our business, this will begin as a 3-month (Monday 8/15- Friday 11/11) contract with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

A little about you:
You have a strong work ethic and are able to multi-task and prioritize with impeccable follow through. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, have excellent written and verbal communication, an acute attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and accurate typing (minimum of 50 wpm). Above all, you are friendly with a positive attitude and provide all customers with the highest level of customer service.

Compensation:

Compensation will start at $12 to 15/hour, dependent upon your relative experience.
