Architectural Photography SalRepresentative es (Los Angeles/Beverly Hills/West Hollywood)

This is a commissioned based sales position with a bonus structure for hitting certain goals. I am looking for an energetic sales rep to build brand awareness and close deals. The optimal candidate should have a sales background, general knowledge of photography as it pertains to architecture and real estate. This position is my first hire and will subsequently head up other hires as the business grows. The target market includes real estate agents, builders/developers, architects, hotels/resorts, property management companies, restaurants/bars/clubs and other small and large businesses. Job requirements are as follows:

* Telephone and in-person sales.
* Computer savvy; prefer familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, MS Office, Dreamweaver and Illustrator.
* Must own a MAC computer or be willing to buy one.
* Ability to write out a comprehensive sales strategy and report all sales activity to me on a weekly basis.
* Client management and servicing.
* Calendar management and shoot booking.
* Excellent communication skills.
* College educated.

I am a proponent of two heads are better than one so I expect the person I hire to be able to think outside the box and be able to bounce ideas around with me. Limited Telecommuting is available in this position however the job requires that I meet with you once a week and that you be out in the field for in-person sales calls 20 hours per week. The potential to make good money exists here for the right person. You must be driven and well organized to succeed in this position.
