We have an opportunity for a Retail Assistant Manager in this year round operation at Fenway!
This position is responsible for the sales and operation of a successful retail location in conjunction with and in the absence of the Manager . Directly responsible for ensuring hourly associates are appropriately scheduled on a daily basis. Additionally, ensures that location staff meets customer service and sales standards.
Helps to maintain payroll targets and ensures that every associate receives the prescribed training and meets the required qualifications for their position. Performs all special or other projects as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Proven ability to organize plans
Strong supervisory, communication and customer service skills
Minimum a year of retail experience preferred
Prior leadership experience
