We are an internet retail company looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have past experience providing superb customer service over the telephone and by email, we would like to talk with you.

1. Excellent customer service skills -- both verbal and written.
2. Can enthusiastically talk with our customers over the telephone and up sell products on orders when possible.
3. Ability to multi task. Will be releasing customer orders, answering emails and taking customer calls, plus other projects during the day. Call center experience is a plus.
4. Maintain a positive "can do" attitude even when resolving issues for upset customers.
5. This position will also help the company with video/photo shoots/classes. Experience in this industry would be helpful.
Hours during 2-3 weeks of training are 7:00 AM -- 4:00 PM, Mon --Fri. Regular work hours after training will be 6:00 AM -- 3:00 PM, Mon -- Fri.
