Printroom, Inc., the premier provider of fan photography at sports and entertainment events nationwide is looking for a manager to execute all aspects of fan photography at our Minnesota Wild operations in the St. Paul area. In this manager role, you will be executing all aspects of fan photography and exhibit the highest level of professionalism and customer service for all fans. Responsibilities and duties include and are not limited to:

- Experience with photography

- Managing retail sales, handling cash, opening and closing processes

- Mange the Chroma-Key (green screen) process

- Assist in hiring, management and termination of staff (photographers)

- Staff scheduling, supervision, and motivation

- Equipment inventory management

- Organize all photos and manage photo inventory for efficient sales

- Upload all images to the website after the game

- Analyze the work environment, identify and recommend modifications to improve the quality of service as well as increase revenue

- Report ALL findings, revenues, and recommendations to upper management

Requirements and skills:

- Experience working in retail or e-commerce

- 2 years management experience (retail is a plus)

- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, make decisions under time constraints, meet deadlines

- Driven - results oriented

- Professional demeanor

- Strong attention to detail

- Self starter and independent, ability to work efficiently with limited supervision

- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

- Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and other internet related software tools
