Qualifications:
Must possess an outgoing personality with high energy and enjoy working with people of all ages, especially kids.
Must have flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, and must be available to work on weekends. This means Saturday AND Sunday.
Must be available to work each and every day we are open between November 1st and December 31st. No time off during our busiest season of the year.
Must be able to multi-task, shift priorities quickly and demonstrate composure under pressure.
Must have a positive attitude toward success.
Must be an excellent communicator with customers in studio, over the phone and on events.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Must have prior retail sales experience.
Must have some level of photography training and/or experience as well as experience and knowledge of Phototoshop.
Prior experience working with infants and young children a definite plus.
This is a part-time job. Our studio hours of operation are from 10am to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday and from 11am to 6pm Sunday. In addition, our Events Division schedules events at various times of the day/night and on any/all days of the week.

Responsibilities:
Working in our Rolling Hills Estates studio to provide an experience to our customers that is consistent with our brand by fostering a fun yet professional, productive and rewarding environment that not only meets our customers needs, but consistently exceeds their expectations.
Working with other associates to go out on event photography assignments throughout the South Bay. These events range from preschool dress up days to fundraisers to senior proms to dance studio and sport team pictures and everything in between.
Contribute to company financial objectives by assisting in achieving studio sales goals, studio sittings goals and controlling studio expenses.
Contribute to company consistency objectives by ensuring all operating procedures are followed and quality products are delivered to every customer each and every time.
Location: Promenade on the Peninsula Mall, 550 Deep Valley Drive, in the city of Rolling Hills Estates.
Compensation: $9.00 starting pay per hour for first 90 days. If you are successful after the 90 day trial period, you will be eligible for a $1.00 increase and also eligible for earning commissions.
