Overview:
Our365 is seeking a dynamic entry-level Photography Coordinator to join the nation's leading provider of in-hospital newborn photography.
You will be responsible for assisting in the performance of 3 client hospitals North of Miami. You will coordinate the staffing and coverage of the hospitals, in addition to interviewing and training. You will be accountable for instructing and maintaining quality photography within the assigned hospitals.
You will support hospital contract compliance and meeting the revenue goals of the hospitals through the strong supervision and coaching of the photography staff, problem solving and providing outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers. You will work closely with the District Manager to ensure business and sales goals are achieved.
Most importantly, you will be taking exceptional newborn photos and selling Our365 products and services to moms/families at bedside.
Responsibilities:
* Photograph newborn babies and sell Our365 product offerings according to expected and outlined company quality and performance levels.
* Interview, hire, train, coach and mentor the photography staff to develop and sustain superb photography, effective sales skills and precise data entry.
* Coordinate the scheduling and coverage of each hospital and serve as the primary contact for the photographers. Supervise photographers to sustain the highest level of customer service, product quality, and sales effectiveness. This is achieved through the efficient scheduling of photographers, coaching and counseling, in addition to being a role model for living the Company values. Maintains a coverage plan at all times.
* Complete all administrative processes in a timely and efficient manner including all employee and hospital documentation and reporting requirements.
* Develops a positive and professional relationship with key hospital personnel and provides hospital clients with an additional resource for day to day problem resolution.
* Executes company programs and policies with hospitals and communicates those as directed to hospital clients as directed by the District Manager.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience with scheduling and maintaining a staff, preferably at multiple locations
* 1+ year of people management which included recruiting, screening, and hiring. This should include training responsibilities.
* Demonstrated success in selling products/services and in motivating a team to achieve sales goals.
* Proven skills in communicating remotely and in building a strong team and relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in photography and an understanding of photographic techniques.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational skills including calendaring and time management along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
* Ability to travel during the week as needed within the district; minimal overnights required.
* Ability to perform light lifting and push a 50 lb car from room to room within a hospital.
* Compliance with hospital regulations regarding patient privacy, HIPAA, security, sanitation, and infection control.
