CLM's New York office is currently recruiting for Spring & Summer interns within our Photography and Stylist divisions. We are a talent management agency. This is NOT a photography or styling studio. Please be aware that you will not be working one on one with our photographers and stylists. This internship is best suited for someone who wants to get a grasp on the industry as a whole and is interested in the behind the scenes work of booking and producing jobs and maintaining an artists archive of work. Hours are flexible between 9:30 & 6:30, but ideally looking for a commitment of 2-3 days a week.
Communication, organizational and moderate computer & software skills essential as well as a strong interest in the photography/fashion/advertising industries. Experience editing and organzing imges using several software platforms including Photoshop is a plus. While this position is mostly office based, you will on occasion have the opportunity to assist in more hands on projects such as visiting an on set shoot with one of our agents.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating of artists portfolios and website including managing the tearsheet, print and digital archive, including requesting tearsheets from publications where necessary
- Organizing shipping and messengers in NY and between our two other offices in London and L.A.
- assisting agents/producers with travel arrangements and production
- assisting agents and producers with portfolio meetings and other promotional requirements
- assisting with the organization of office materials and supplies
- miscellanous projects as directed
