The Impossible Project Space NYC is looking for motivated, curious and committed sales people to work in our NYC Project Space and become part of our US Impossible team!
We are looking for flexible Part-Time sales representatives for 15 – 20 hours/week!
We are in search of individuals with a passion for photography and analogue instant film. If you are looking for a job as a photographer, please apply elsewhere. Job Description:
Retail Sales
- Support the Store Manager in management of the shop daily operations
- Provide courteous sales consultation & customer service to walk-in customers
- Answer questions on product, services, etc
- Establish and maintain good customer relations
- Provide personal and excellent customer service in store and online.
- Service warranty claims, returns, problem customers in store and online.
Your Profile and Job Requirements:
- Outgoing personality, open minded and communicative
- Interest in arts, design, culture but also fashion, style and of course photography
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Diligent, teamwork- and solution-oriented character
?- Solid understanding of basic math
- Used to working autonomously and acting proactively ?
- Creative thought process
?- Well organized
Ideally you exhibit following skills: ?
- Experience in retail sales is necessary
- Strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life
?- Good knowledge of analogue and instant photography and cameras is a must ?
- Able to lift 30 pounds ?
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
Other language skills a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
Work Location: Soho NYC
