Ritz Interactive, Inc. has an immediate opening for a creative, hardworking, experienced individual to join us as an Online Website Merchandiser for our Photo and Electronics web sites. The successful candidate will manage broad based merchandising and promotional efforts across our network of e-commerce websites focused on photo and consumer electronics products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Merchandise products for RitzCamera.com, WolfCamera.com and our other Photo / CE focused web sites
Manage online product content, including descriptions, images, and categorization
Data entry, pulling content and images from manufacturer databases and web sites
Write and edit copy and descriptions for products and accessories
Utilize Microsoft Excel to match data and assemble for publishing
Maintain business relationships with supplier and manufacturer representatives
Recommend and develop merchandising promotions and seasonal campaigns
Manage rebate programs
Manage a calendar to be able to plan tasks, ensuring their completion ahead of planned events/holidays
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum two years formal education in Marketing, Business, or Direct Marketing
Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferable
Online merchandising and/or ecommerce experience
Retail experience in Photo and/or Consumer Electronics preferable
Minimum two years experience with HTML and Adobe Photoshop
Strong project management skills
Experience working across functional teams
Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred (not required)
Experience with Commercial Ware and Vcommerce
Technical background a plus
