We are a very busy studio in Northern Westchester. We shoot Weddings and Bar Mitzvahs and are looking for well groomed, smart, hard working people to assist at shoots. All our shoots are on weekends. We need people with on camera flash as well as strobe experience. Any experience shooting Bar Mitzvahs or weddings is a big plus. Pay varies based on experience. Please write a cover letter explaining your experience and your qualifications. A car is not necessary, but a plus. Please note that our assistants often shoot at parties, so please detail any shooting experience you have. Our approach is photojournalistic, so any experience shooting in that manner is a plus. We pay anywhere from $100 - $350 for assistants although new members of the team tend be on the lower end. This is a part time job, although it's possible that it might lead to full time employment for the proper candidate.
