Position: Photography and Operations Associate
Location: Duluth (Discover Mills Area)
Salary: $30K, plus Travel Bonus and Benefits
Technical Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); working knowledge of digital SLR camera and associated photography equipment.
Industry/Experience Requirement: 2 years industry experience or education.
Personality/Work Style: Energetic, flexible, strong work ethic, no task is beneath me type person, takes initiative, professional and articulate communicator who can multi-task efficiently.
Job Responsibilities Include: Photography perform mid-week and weekend training trips to our national network; support Picture Day operations, as well as photographic trouble-shooting; phone/e-mail photography support; critique photographic quality and provide feedback. Support research, respond and support franchise network; support company proprietary software system; contribute to session material pertaining to photography, Picture Day and proprietary software for training opportunities including company hosted trainings, meetings and conventions.
