Bella Brides & Photography is currently looking for bridal & Photography sales consultants for our Bridal, Photography, Prom and Special Occasion Gowns departments. Must be energetic, pleasant and customer service oriented. Must have retail sales experience. Bi-lingual is a must.

This is for full and/or part time position including evening and weekends.

Specializes in bridal, photography sales, prom and formal attire for girls and women for all special occasions. The candidate being sought will be one with superior customer service skills and have the finesse of working with our guests during this important time of their life. As a member of our team, you will be part of a company that is leading in fashion and Photography service

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be key to driving sales and creating a memorable shopping experience

Responsible for making sales goals

Meet our customers' expectations with professional, efficient service at the point of sale

Assist with new inventory stocking

Assist customers in finding appropriate attire (gown, tuxedo, veil etc.)

Become familiar with all inventory and ordering process for each vendors

Some Cashiering

Participate in floor and fitting room recovery and other assigned tasks to ensure maximum sales and optimum customer service levels

All qualified applicants should expect to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs that includes days, evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications/Skill:

A CLOSER --A Must!

ENERGETIC -- A Must!

Bilingual abilities in English & Spanish - A MUST!

Prior retail sales or sales background

Strong phone etiquette

Excellent follow up skills

Professional appearance extremely important

Fashion forward sense of style

Love working with people and developing professional relationships

Be a well-organized and outgoing individual

Team player attitude a must

Basic computer skills (including MS Office and the internet)
