Their goal is to create a personalized piece of art for clients from images of their loved ones and strive to make sure every piece is unique and inspirational.

Open Position

Essence is currently looking for a studio manager at their Singapore location. His/her responsibilities and skills gained will include:

1. Manage and evaluate team performance

2. Oversee daily operations and ensure business outcome meets targets

3. Conduct team meetings and employee training

4. Oversee and assist customer/client relations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and related fields

2. Experience in sales and management

3. Retail experience is preferred

4. Accounting experience is preferred

5. Must be willing and ready to relocate to Singapore shortly after a job offer

Compensation:

Monthly salary starts at 4000 Singapore dollars (roughly US$3300) Please note that the income tax rate in Singapore is only about 5%, which means your take-home income will be much more than if you were to make that much in the US.
