Production Accountant Needed for Leading Photography Rep Agency:
Responsible for all aspects of Billing, AR, & AP for busy & creative photography team!
Applicants should be able to:
Create, enter, generate & process all customer invoices & vendor bills in QuickBooks (Enterprise Solution)
Manage all accounting activities related to your team (including data entry and all bookkeeping)
Analyze and reconcile monthly Amex statements
Allocate job-related expenses / artist & employee chargebacks
Manage vendor invoices related to your team promptly and accurately
Work with team members to ensure that estimates integrate with actual invoices
Prepare, review, and accurately maintain the monthly Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts
Assist in special P&L projects
Accounting Degree a major plus + / Must have Excel experience
