We are an Entertainment company with a large online community that focuses on compelling, edgy. sexy content. We are looking for a talent coordinator to help liaise with the models on the site.
Your responsibilities would include assisting both applicants and existing models by guiding them through the application process, setting up their profiles, connecting them with photographers, setting up photo shoots and answering any questions they may have about the entire process. You would be responsible for acquiring the necessary paperwork from all models, printing out hard copies and backups and keeping organized files.
You would also liaise with our various photographers to ensure there are always high quality artistic photos being uploaded to the site.
This position requires a great deal of communication and the ideal candidate must have:
Excellent phone skills.
The ability to work well with others.
Great organization skills and the drive to not let any detail go unnoticed.
An eye for a great photo and the ability to see beauty in a different way.
