Our365 is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to assist the nation's leading provider of in-hospital newborn photography with the training of new Photographers. If you are the right person, you will have a passion for photography and a zeal for training others to capture precious memories.

We are looking for a trainer who lives in northern California, with easy access to a major airport and a willingness to travel, if required, to adjacent states.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting individual training and "Train the Trainer" sessions on effective sales techniques, photography procedures, equipment and all other related in-hospital programs. You will spend most of your time working with our part-time Photographers who capture baby's first photograph and sell photo packages, keepsakes, and birth announcements to celebrate the birth of a new child.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in performance-oriented training, sales management or equivalent experience in interviewing, hiring, leading, training and coaching a part-time staff.

Minimum of 2 years photographic experience, preferably training and managing in a studio environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills including initiative, flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility and urgency.

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in both one-on-one and small and large group situations.

Mature, dependable work-ethic; must work well with minimal supervision.

Ability to travel extensively, if required, by car/plane during the week with overnight stays.
