Key Responsibilities{section} Synthesizes and maintains digital video strategy for FX Solutions' branded sites and programming.{section} Edits content in a consumer friendly, entertaining fashion.{section} Uses market analysis, competitive tracking, traffic metrics, and general industry awareness to create superior show specific features and content.{section} Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Research departments to see projects from start to completion, including initial business requirements, creative assets, content updates, documentation, and approvals on each and every project. Heavy emphasis on daily video asset production/delivery. {section} Ensures the use of best practices and processes, establishes roles and responsibilities, and applies lessons learned from previous projects. {section} Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary.
Work Experience:{section} 4+ years of production, editorial, and/or digital media experience required.{section} Self-starter that can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight. {section} Excellent communication, leadership and people skills.{section} Experience with Omniture web metrics and Camtasia is a strong plus.{section} Passion for video marketing.{section}A creative spirit with a love and knowledge of pop culture. {section} Experience with Talk / Reality programming preferred.Education & Skills:{section} Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) with an emphasis in Web Production, Journalism or Communications preferred.{section} Strong analytical skills.{section} Proven ability to manage projects and troubleshoot issues simultaneously in a fast paced environment.{section} Creative problem-solving a must, with an eye towards using existing technologies to meet project goals. {section} Demonstrated ability to aggregate multiple business requirementsfrom client input and execute requirements whenever possible.
