The Denver Darkroom
Wanted-----Instructor for Digital Photography and/or PhotoShop at the Denver Darkroom
For the past ten years, The Denver Darkroom has been recognized as the leading independent school of photography in the Rocky Mountain region. We are currently seeking one or two additional faculty members to teach Intro. to Digital Photography, and also Intro. to PhotoShop. Our classes consist of four weekly sessions of three hours each session. Enrollment is limited to ten students per class. Pay is $500 for teaching a class of four sessions.
Basic faculty requirements include sufficient information about the topic and ability to provide much inspiration, as we are more concerned about creating genuine pride of artistic accomplishment than simply providing how-to-do-it instruction. We are an art school; in fact, recently cited by the "5280" magazine as the "Best Art School In Denver." Prior experience as a teacher recommended but not necessarily essential.
If you are interested, and you believe you are qualified, please call or email Standish at 303-298-0164 or denverdarkroom@comcast.com.
