The sales industry is undergoing a major change as potential buyers continue to migrate to the internet. Buyers are much more educated than ever before and have often narrowed down their choices before even contacting a sales person. Working online leads is a whole different ballgame. POP Yachts International is seeking highly reliable regional sales associates who are internet and computer savvy to work online sales and to help build our global sales team. Absolutely no cold calling is required. Our system is currently generating over 1500 genuine buyer leads each and every month! We have buyer leads coming out of our ears and we need some hungry individuals to help get them closed! We have closed 153 vessels so far in 2011, but we have also missed numerous opportunities. Our biggest problem is that we have too many quality leads and not enough dedicated associates to work them.

Our mission is to help boat and yacht buyers throughout the world locate the perfect vessel for them at the very best price while using highly professional and ethical sales techniques. If you use old school sales tactics, you are set in your ways and not willing to change with the times, or if you apply unethical techniques, this is NOT the position for you. Duties and Responsibilities: Regional Sales Associate

1. Timely Schedule Listing Appointment with Seller Upon Receiving Listing Assignment

2. Photograph and Load Vessel onto our Proprietary Software System within 3 Calendar Days

3. Prepare Quality Advertisement of Vessel According to POP Standards

4. Respond to Buyer Leads Timely and Manage Dashboard According to POP Standards

5. Initiate Any Shipping or Servicing Quotes to POP Shipping and Servicing Department (If Applicable)

6. Capture Buyer and Source Vessels As Requested

7. Obtain Answers to Buyer Questions and Update Advertisement Accordingly

8. Arrange and Attend Vessel Showings (If Applicable)

9. Present Any Offers

10. Attend Any Surveys and/or Trial Runs

11. Assist Account Management, Shipping, and Closing Departments with Local Support

12. Verify Advertised Items On Board Vessel At Delivery

Skills and Qualities Sought:

1. Tech Skills - Very good computer, software, and internet knowledge is critical to this position.

2. Team Player - Our business model is a central model where everyone is "working together" to achieve positive results (i.e. - closings) versus other "dog eat dog" traditional models.

3. Good Attitude - Positive attitude and friendly personality are a must as there lots of highs and lows in this business. Looking for someone who can handle a bit of stress with a smile on their face!

4. Ability to Multi-Task - We have a high volume operation. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, re-prioritize, and to stay focused on getting tasks across the finish line is key. If you are not comfortable with high volume, staying busy, and being challenged, this is probably not the right position for you.

5. Highly Organized - You will have the freedom and flexibility to organize your workload so that you can maximize efficiency.

6. Initiative - This is a position that will keep you very busy, but you still must take initiative. We are looking for a self-starter, quick learner, and someone who is willing to do what it takes.

7. Marine experience a plus.

8. Bilingual a plus.

This is a full time, home based, straight commission opportunity. We have had people try to do this "on the side" and it simply does not work. You will be responsible for a coverage area within approximately 60 miles from your home. On Day 1, the company will begin providing you with a substantial amount of listings and buyer leads. Your job will be to turn a buyer lead into a signed purchase agreement utilizing company methods to achieve results. We offer a very attractive commission plan and performance bonuses with no upside cap. This is a legitimate career opportunity and not one of those "get rich quick" internet scams!

Most sales associates fail because they are trying to do A-Z and get pulled in many different directions. When a typical agent gets busy, things begin to slip, especially keeping the pipeline full! Our model is different. We want our regional sales associates focused on selling and not on soliciting listings, getting shipping quotes, and trying to close out deals. We do NOT charge you any kind of training or licensing fees and we are not just interested in having a huge number of sales associates to try and earn money from transaction fees. We are about selling boats!

The only thing that we require is that if you are in the State of Florida, you will need to obtain your Yacht Broker License.

We truly want our regional sales associates to succeed, have fun, make lots of money, and have a rewarding career with the Company. Our top sales person put approx $13K in his pocket last month.
